Shine Small provides minority-owned small businesses in Brooklyn, Queens, Bronx, and Staten Island funding and volunteer coaching from young professionals in finance and marketing. Selected small businesses participate in an 8-week coaching program tailored to their marketing & finance needs. We are driven to uplift small businesses, the bedrock of all communities. Small businesses may apply through our ‘Apply’ tab and volunteers may apply through our ‘Volunteer tab’.

Co-Founder As the son of a Latino political refugee from Nicaragua, Henri has always been passionate about giving back to the community by mentoring minority business owners. Henri recently left his position as an Investment Associate for the biopharma investment company, Royalty Pharma, to pursue an MBA at Standford GSB.
